Pankaj Saha has twenty-two published books to his credit. His poetry has been translated into English, French, Hindi, Tamil, Odia and other languages. Pankaj Saha has received numerous awards: Michael Madhusudan Dutta Award, Sahitya Setu Award, All India Writers’ Conference Award, Utsav Literary Award from the USA , Utsav Golden Plaque of North Bengal, Nikhil Bharat Banga Sahitya Sammelan Puraskar, Poet Subhas Memorial Citation, Soumendranath Thakur Puraskar, Dishari Puraskar, etc. Professionally, Saha was producer of BBC, London; also held the position of Director, Doordarshan (TV) of Ranchi, Santiniketan and Kolkata.
